Refund Policy

All items are handmade with care and attention to detail, which makes each piece unique. Because of the custom nature of my work, all sales are final. Once an item has been made and shipped, no refunds or cancellations will be issued.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery so I can make it right. Damaged items must returned at buyers expense.
